Is the sacrament of the future to encounter ?

A 10 day residency in Bartlemas Chapel to honour the tide of my life, which takes me out into the world and back into myself, and to consider the balance of that flow. 

Substance comes from Latin ‘substantia’ - meaning Being or Essence. 
I use diverse ‘sub-stances’ to support my ‘under-standing’; 
Using gestures, traces and found material, as a way of exploring unfolding insights. 

And new ways of being and beholding, 

I invited others to use the space to reflect, encounter and digest experience:.

To assimilate or dissimilate; to settle or to ripen.

A space to pause in the perpetual stimulus of the every-day.
